Shipping Policy
At Sokynd Brand, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, including clear and straightforward shipping policies. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders to Germany and Austria.
Shipping Locations
This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within Germany, Austria, France and the rest of Europe.
Delivery Times
Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:
Order cutoff time: 12:00 PM CET (Berlin time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
Order handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Germany and Austria public holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
Transit time: 4 to 6 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Estimated total delivery time: 5 to 8 business days from order placement to delivery.
Please note that these are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control, such as high volume periods, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Carrier Services
We partner with reliable local and regional carriers for deliveries within Germany and Austria. The specific carrier handling your shipment will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email, ensuring your order arrives safely and on time.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: All orders within Germany and Austria qualify for complimentary shipping, with no minimum order requirement. There are no hidden fees or surcharges—the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package's journey. You can track your delivery in real time and see exactly when to expect your order.

Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email immediately. This confirms we've received your order and have begun processing it. Keep this email for your records—it includes your order number and important order details.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Address changes can only be made within a short window after placing your order and before processing begins. If you need to update your shipping information, contact our customer service immediately at hello@sokynd-brand.com.
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
We offer a 24-hour cancellation window for all orders. To cancel your order within this timeframe, please contact us immediately at hello@sokynd-brand.com.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as our system begins processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you receive an item you no longer want, please refer to our Return Policy for return instructions.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or lost packages, please follow these steps:
- Check your tracking information for the latest updates on your package
- Allow up to 2 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery window, as occasional delays can occur
- Contact our customer service team at hello@sokynd-brand.com if your package still hasn't arrived after this extended timeframe
We are here to assist you and ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Our team will immediately investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. If your package is confirmed lost, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item, size, or color), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Take clear photos showing the issue (including packaging if damaged)
- Note your order number
- Briefly explain the problem

We'll review your request promptly and resolve it as quickly as possible through replacement or refund. For more details, please see our Return Policy.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery:
- You will be contacted to arrange reshipment
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
- If we do not hear from you within 14 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded
Delivery Requirements
- A signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during standard delivery hours
- If you're unavailable, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup
Customs & Import Duties
As we ship exclusively within Germany and Austria, there are no customs duties or import taxes applicable to your order. The price you see at checkout is the final price you'll pay.
Force Majeure
While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, public health emergencies, government restrictions, public holidays, carrier service disruptions, or other force majeure events.
